Extra tests may be necessary depending on the health of your eyes, which your doctor will discuss with you.

Annual eye exams are recommended for all diabetic patients. Our diabetic exams include Optomap images in addition to the dilated exam.
During an exam, our doctors may find that cataracts are affecting your vision and referral to a cataract specialist may be necessary. We provide referrals and follow up care after surgery.
